Returns & Refunds

Because all Cedar Salt products are made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer’s remorse.

This allows us to reduce waste and produce each item specifically for you.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@cedar-salt.com with:

  • your order number

  • clear photos of the issue

  • a short description of the problem

We will review your case and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.

In most cases, you will not be required to return the item.

What is not eligible

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

  • incorrect size selection

  • change of mind

  • colour variation due to screen display differences

  • minor print placement variations (within industry standards)

Resolutions

Approved claims will usually be resolved by replacement. Refunds may be issued where a replacement is not possible.

Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to be processed after approval.
